The Flexibility Of Professional Coaching
Coach Damien’s Wellness started as a dream, an opportunity for me to teach those around us, what our society forgot to teach: How to preserve and heal the body.
I started in the medical field as a CNA looking to become a Nurse, through my time, I saw countless people’s body ache and hurt, both young and old. I realized that nursing wasn’t fit for me considering that most only gave the blue pill to people. I wanted to find the long-term answer, not the short-term.
I sought a career that could improve the human body, bringing it to its peak performance. Eventually, I became a certified personal trainer where at first I struggled to help those who struggled with heavy problems such as replacements and surgeries. However, this didn’t stop my drive. I spent countless days and nights researching how I could aid my clients. I spent those months understanding bone structure, muscle anatomy, and biomechanics. After a while, I started to see his clients move and feel better, and pain-free, he strived for more.
Eventually, I got a second job as a flexologist, a certified, assisted stretcher. Here I learned new techniques on flexibility and combined them with the strengthening of the body to prevent injury. In this time frame, I eventually quit personal training. I did an apprenticeship where I learned some more advanced forms of recovery and honed in on my true abilities to feel and understand the body and its disruptions.
Through this, I grew tired of how people were looked at as a paycheck. At gyms, it was about the sale, not the client. We understand that self-care can be pricy but we aren’t here to look at everyone as a dollar sign, but rather to give them their money’s worth and to prevent them from “having” to come back.

It’s simple if it’s your first time you can either schedule it online through our calendar, email, call or text our number and we will reach out to you when we can!
Do you take insurance?
Unfortunately, at this moment we do not. We understand the services can be pricy, however, we don’t fall too shy of market pricing and we strive to make your money worth it. Come in to check out our pricing options after your intro session!
How long till I feel better?
Everyone’s journey is different, it depends on what happened and how long we have lived with it, typically it can happen within the first 1-3 months, you will notice a noticeable difference.
Do you have other pricing options other than what’s on your website?
Yes, after your intro session, we will sit down and go over all the options to see what will work best for you.
What is the best way to contact you?
At the moment email and text will be the best forms of contact, however, I will set time blocks out for the best times to call.

Excellent
Damien loves what he does and it shows in his approach to fitness and stretching and recovery. It is never a one set approach way; he asks what the trouble spots are and what goals you have and works hard to make sure you get what you need to get there.
I’ve been stretching for months with him weekly and it’s a game changer. Hips and hamstrings and calves are world different. I would recommend to anyone seeking a true master at his craft and people who need the results that yoga and Pilates and unassisted stretching cannot attain.

I recently completed a 6-month personal training program with Damien Baez, and I can’t speak highly enough about my experience.
From the moment I met Damien, I could tell he had an abundance of facts about fitness, nutrition, and overall health. He instantly accessed my fitness level and crated a plan of action based on my personal goals.
One of the things I really liked and that I didn’t receive from many previous trainers was Damien’s ability to create a program that was both challenging and achievable. He kept the session interesting at all times by changing the program on a bi-weekly basis, while taking into consideration any weaknesses and limitation I had due to a condition of mine. He introduced me to Calisthenics which he incorporated in my workout program that greatly improved my upper body strength which was always a weak point for me.
Damien always found a way to motivate and push me to my true potential. On days I didn’t feel myself he would start working out with me which I don’t recall any other trainer in the past doing anything close to that kind of interest and care of your well-being. He was never harsh or overly critical.
Another aspect that stood out was that I never felt like just another client of his. He was always available even outside our training sessions and encouraged me to get in touch with him if I had any questions and concerns to which he replied promptly. Again, I have to emphasize that I don’t recall being offered that option with any previous trainer.
The results I achieved during our time together were fantastic. I learned a lot about proper forms while exercising to avoid injuries and gained strength and confidence on continuing the journey on my own.
Damien has a unique blend of expertise, motivation, compassion and a great sense of humor that makes him an outstanding personal trainer. My name is Judy Dolan., I am 73 years old. I have stage 3 Parkinson’s and severe scoliosis. When I first met Damien I was hunched over with pain and could barely walk. What sets Damien apart from other Personal trainers is his unrelenting search to make my life bearable. He has extensive knowledge of the human anatomy and just what is needed to “Fix” what ails you.
